If products are not what you expected you may return or exchange your items within 14 days beginning on the date of delivery.
To process a return please follow these steps:
1. Make sure you meet all of the following conditions necessary for return:
The items must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition.
The item must be returned with originally attached tags.
The return must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.
The receipt must be included in your return.
2. Create a return or exchange by clicking the button 'CREATE A RETURN'
3. Mail your return to our warehouse:

Once your return is approved we will exchange your items or give a refund to your original payment method (typically within 3 business days after we receive your package).
